He did his graduation in BCom (Hons) from Delhi University, 1997. He has more than 12 years experience in the world of business, which includes working for the Minda Industry, Genesis PR, Panacea Biotec, Indiasky, Development Alliance and Credibility Alliance. His core competency lies in Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), export automation system, billing & inventory management system and document management system. He has also done many IT-related projects with donor agencies and consultants the development sector such as the UK Department for International Development (DFID), Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), United Nations-funded projects, Credibility Alliance, Management Strategic Consultant (MSG), GTZ Carbon Procuring Unit, and also worked on various projects for the Yamuna Action Plan (Clipping Management System for Development Alliance), Orissa Forest Department (IT-enabled HRMIS), Health Sector Database for MSG, Membership Management System (Credibility Alliance), HRMIS for UFO Moviez, Intranet Development, website, other software for the Apollo International Limited. His main practice areas include database designing, software designing, implementation and end-to-end project management.
